Additional services (e.g. certificates, telephone consultations, or advisory discussions) may be billed separately under the GOP where clinically indicated. In justified individual cases, we reserve the right to apply a higher multiplier.
Cancellations & missed appointment fee
We are happy to make time for you. Therefore, please cancel confirmed appointments as early as possible, but at least 48 hours (on business days) in advance, if you are unable to attend. Cancellations made later than this will result in a cancellation fee of €110. Health insurance and other insurance providers do not cover this fee; you will be billed for it privately. The cancellation fee also applies to initial consultations.
Self-paying patients
Direct billing
Therapy is also possible without insurance. Costs are billed directly to you. We are happy to inform you of the applicable fees during the initial consultation.
Statutory insurance, police & fire service
Note on reimbursement
As we do not hold a panel practice licence, direct billing with statutory health insurers is unfortunately not possible. Under certain conditions, it may be possible to apply to your insurer for cost reimbursement. Please feel free to ask us about this.
If you are a police or fire service officer entitled to Heilfürsorge and your social services have pointed you to our practice, we are happy to clarify cost coverage together in the initial consultation.
Military personnel
Billing via Heilfürsorge
The Bundeswehr covers the costs of psychotherapy for service members. Please contact your unit physician, who will issue a "Kostenübernahmeerklärung (San/Bw/0218)". Please bring this document to your first appointment. It covers 5 trial sessions. Further sessions can subsequently be approved through your unit physician.
